Compassionate Kids: Story time and energy work practice 7/24

Children will dive into the heartwarming story "I Can Show You I Care" by Susan Cotta and explore the concepts of empathy and caring for others in an engaging and accessible way. The story will serve as an inspiration for young minds to understand the importance of compassion in their daily lives.  

After the story, children will have a chance to practice hands-free compassionate touch, which is essentially energy work. This gentle practice allows kids to learn how to offer comfort and support to those they care about. The kids will also develop their ability to ground themselves by learning what it feels like in their own body. From this grounded state, whether it's hands on or off, they will easily create a compassionate, healing connection. 

Join us for a journey into empathy and energy work that will help kids make a difference in the lives of those around them.

Please bring whatever your child needs to sit comfortably on the grass. Blanket, yoga mat, chair, etc.
