About the event
In honor of the Fall Equinox, the theme this month is the Metal Element of TCM, what it means, how its related to our body/mind, how to nourish it and briefly reflect on our year. In the element theory, metal is considered the end of the cycle.
Littles of all ages welcome! Or come sans littles. The intention is to have older kids help facilitate, providing them with a leadership building opportunity, while us Moms can chat about the theme. Perfect little activity for homeschool kids.
Fee is only for supplies and the space.
