For labor, the magic of Craniosacral Therapy continues to get more impressive. Early or active labor and everything in between, CST is an amazing tool to have in your kit. One of the things needed for labor, is a sacrum in alignment and CST can provide just that, among other things. Some other benefits include, supporting baby's descent, getting mama in alignment, supports mama mentally/emotionally, a way to communicate with baby, stalled progression and SO MUCH more.
