Lunar Lounge is a monthly gathering for women of all ages to deepen their connection to themselves, their innate healing abilities, and the cycles that guide them. This is a space for those ready to step into their own healing, listen deeply to their bodies, and support others in doing the same. Through hands-on body and energy work, movement, and holistic self-care, we create opportunities to release, restore, and realign. Whether you're expanding your existing practices or just beginning this journey, you’ll be supported by a like-minded community. By honoring ourselves in this way, we cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper attunement to nature’s rhythms, building a foundation for lasting well-being.
