Service Description

This is a monthly gathering space for women of all ages, in the follicular, ovulation or luteal phase of their cycle. Younger, premenstrual, daughters are also welcome. We embrace self-care and holistic wellness practices to support and nourish our bodies to have symptom free menstruation and overall better health and wellness. We teach self abdominal massage, how to check your uterus alignment and use massage to realign it, cycle education, understanding symptoms and the role of proper breathing for circulation and pelvic floor health. We also provide nourishing foods and drinks to support your cycle. These self-care practices will help you to have a better understanding of what your body is telling you and how to confidently navigate the flow of your cycle without medication. Join us in a safe, supportive environment where you can share your experiences, be heard, and embrace the wisdom of your body.
